We will offer to withdraw from a consulting assignment when we believe our objectivity or integrity may be impaired. | |

We will not accept commissions or other benefits from a third party in connection with the recommendations to a client without that clients prior knowledge and consent. | |

We will have empathy for the client and the assignment and practice the highest level of interpersonal and communications skills as well as effective and efficient business practices that add to the quality of the service. | |
